UPFORM SRLS – Medical Aesthetic is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which refer to the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and with the EN 301 549 standard, owing to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not fully accessible. The issues identified are known and are under assessment.

  • Colour contrast. In some links, buttons, calls-to-action and menu items the text uses the brand colours (light blue/teal and orange), with a contrast ratio below the minimum threshold of 4.5:1 required for normal-size text (success criterion 1.4.3 — Minimum Contrast). The colour choice is tied to the brand’s visual identity; the content nonetheless remains legible.
  • Heading structure. On some pages the top-level heading (H1) may be missing, or the heading sequence may skip levels (success criterion 1.3.1 — Info and Relationships). This is under assessment.
  • Forms. Some fields of the newsletter sign-up form may lack an explicit associated label (success criterion 3.3.2 — Labels or Instructions). This is under assessment.
  • Dynamic components. For some interactive elements (carousel, newsletter sign-up window, form error handling) checks with assistive technologies are ongoing to ensure they are fully operable (success criteria 2.1.1, 3.3.1, 4.1.2).

This statement is based on a third-party assessment carried out by assisted self-evaluation, combining automated analysis of the code and manual inspection of the pages against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria.
