Art & science in aesthetic medicine

Important components of our mission are education, safety, and innovations in aesthetic medicine treatments that can improve patient outcomes. In recent years, we have observed a strong demand for comprehensive educational content that helps improve physicians’ knowledge and keeps them up-to-date on relevant trends, anatomy, and safe injection practices. In response to these unmet medical needs, FILLMED Laboratoires, in collaboration with the international committee Art & Science, we decided to compile a book dedicated to medical training in aesthetic medicine. With the participation of world-class international experts, we aimed to advance medical training excellence and assist physicians worldwide in achieving the best possible aesthetic results. Within the pages of this book, physicians will find a wide range of topics, from the history of aesthetic medicine to facial anatomy, patient assessment, treatment planning, the science behind techniques, an individualized, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, safety measures and strategies for avoiding complications, and much more.
